Hi,
With all that is going on around us, I find myself being drawn again and again to Joshua 1:9 – God’s command, not suggestion: Be strong and courageous; do not be afraid or discouraged, for the LORD your God is with you wherever you go. In every season, that promise anchors us. God’s presence is our courage. His call is our compass.
We all feel the cultural headwinds – opinions shifting by the hour, truth blurred, pressure mounting to soften conviction. Yet our mission hasn’t changed. Jesus is still Lord. The Gospel is still good news. And our response is still to walk in faith, speak with grace, and live with conviction. When the world grows louder, God’s people grow clearer – loving boldly, serving humbly, and pointing people to hope in Christ so they can look to God daily.
So, let’s step forward together:
Pray courageously. Ask the Holy Spirit to deepen your conviction and widen your compassion.
Speak truthfully. Share the hope of Jesus with clarity and kindness—at home, at work, and online.
Live distinctively. Choose faith over fear, obedience over comfort, and holiness over popularity.
Stand together. Encourage your church family, your small group, and a friend who’s weary. We are never alone—God is with us, and we have one another.
Wherever God has placed you – boardroom, classroom, building site, kitchen table – He has called you there. Don't shrink back. Take courage. Move forward. God goes before you, walks beside you, and strengthens you within.
Thank you for being part of this bold, beautiful mission of bringing hope and truth to Australia and beyond. Let’s keep our eyes on Jesus and our feet on the path He’s set before us.
