Stay Strong and Courageous. God is at Work.
|
Hi,
Would you say 50% is half full, or half empty?
When we reached the half-way point of our Visionathon goal last week, the team and I gave thanks because every gift has been a reminder of God’s faithfulness and the shared heart we have to help people look to God daily.
We are believing by faith that the remainder will come – the great news is that the tally has since grown to 55%, taking us closer to reaching the $1.9 million needed!
While the funds are crucial to fuel the mission, the best part is always the stories we receive. Lives changed, hearts encouraged, and people finding hope in Jesus through Vision. You’ll see some of those stories and videos below in this email. I hope you’ll take a few moments to enjoy them and celebrate what God is doing right across Australia.
As I’ve been praying through this season, a few verses from Psalms have really stood out to me. They speak right into where we are today:
“Be strong, and let your heart take courage, all you who wait for the Lord.” Psalm 31:24 (ESV)
We wait for the Lord together. Not anxiously, but with expectant hope in Jehovah Jireh, our provider. He’s never failed us before, and He won’t start now.
We still have a little way to go before reaching the full Visionathon goal, and that’s why we’ll be putting aside a little extra time from next Wednesday on Vision Christian Radio to take these final steps together. We’re believing that God will fill the tank and complete what He’s begun.
So, I’d like to invite you to keep believing with us. Pray. Share the stories. And if you haven’t already, please consider donating, because every act of faith helps more people across our nation look to God daily.
Thank you for your partnership in this mission to Australia and beyond.
