This week marks a special moment in our journey together – 10 years since we changed our trading name from UCB Australia to Vision Christian Media. And what a decade it’s been!
A decade of growth. A decade of reaching further. A decade of helping people across Australia and beyond look to God daily. |

At the same time, we’re also celebrating a milestone for someone who has been part of this story for much longer. We honour and thank Ian Worby for his 25 years of faithful service with Vision – including 12 years as CEO and a further 13 years at the helm of our outreach arm, UCB Asia Pacific, where he continues to serve. |

Ian’s heart for the Gospel and his tireless commitment to carry the vision forward has been hugely influential, laying solid foundations for much of what we do today.
Looking back, we can see God’s hand at every step. From humble beginnings to hundreds of radio stations, printed devotionals, digital platforms and powerful real-life testimonies. But the journey has always been about one thing: pointing people to Jesus.
As we reflect on where we’ve been, we also look ahead. There is still so much more to do. So many more hearts to reach. And together, with God’s help, we will keep pressing on.
